If you have recently ordered a flag or plan to do so, please note that it may not be compatible with your current flag assembly. This is because we have discontinued our previous small flag. Our roller catch assembly is a key component that enables your mailbox to close securely. If your mailbox was purchased before 1995, it may have our previously discontinued magnetic roller catch. In such cases, you may contact us to acquire a new mailbox designed for the roller catch assembly or to learn more about temporarily installing the new roller catch on your older mailbox.

Our Imperial mailboxes are available in two distinct sizes: standard and estate. To identify which box or hinge size you own, open the mailbox door and examine the hinge that connects the mailbox to the door. Count the number of screws across the hinge. If there are four screws, it denotes an estate mailbox and hinge, while three screws indicate that a standard size replacement is required.

The majority of our products are subject to the regulations of Home Owners Associations (HOAs) and must comply with specific aesthetic standards within a community. Our number plates do not come with painted numbers. Instead, we provide peel-and-stick 3M adhesive brass numbers that can be affixed to the plates. If required, we can install the numbers on the plates for you. Kindly get in touch with us for further details.

The majority of our systems support number plates that can house both 2-inch and 3-inch brass numbers. Our number plates: 1, 2, and 8 accommodate 2-inch numbers, while our number plate 3 allows for 3-inch numbers.
