Had to return as I bought the wrong size. Customer Service is AMAZING and top notch! Super quick with resolution and easy to work with. Even called me back to ask a couple more questions! HIGHLY recommended doing business to anyone and will order from them again, with no hesitation in the future!
My only comment would be to include screws or nuts and bolts with the item or ask if you needed them when purchasing it. We purchased this house a couple of months ago and the the imperial mailbox could be 20 years old and the previous owner rigged it with some screws. I was able to find a couple of nuts and bolts to put on it.
